† What “Unlimited” means

Team plans are unlimited for everyday work. To keep Lexly fast for everyone and guard against abuse, “unlimited” features carry generous monthly fair-use ceilings — up to 600 drafts, 750 reviews & 300 e-signatures per month, plus a high AI-chat allowance. The vast majority of teams never come close.

Pricing questions

How much does Lexly cost?
Lexly has three self-serve plans — Solo ($19/month), Pro ($49/month), and Team ($129/month) — plus a custom Enterprise plan. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial (no card required), and every plan can be billed annually to save two months (you pay for 10 months and get 12).
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account starts with a 7-day free trial the moment you sign up: full access to Contract Forge, Contract Sense, and legal e-signatures at starter limits, with no credit card required. You're never auto-charged; when you're ready for higher limits you choose a paid plan, and you're only charged then.
What does “Unlimited” mean on the Team plan?
Team plans are unlimited for everyday work. To keep Lexly fast for everyone and guard against abuse, “unlimited” features carry generous monthly fair-use ceilings: up to 600 contract drafts, 750 AI risk reviews and 300 e-signatures per month, plus a high AI-chat allowance. The vast majority of teams never come close — if you expect higher sustained volume, talk to us about Enterprise for custom limits.
What is included in legal e-signatures?
Solo includes 15 e-signatures per month, Pro 75, and Team unlimited. Every signature is legally binding under the ESIGN Act (US), eIDAS (EU), IT Act 2000 (India), and ECA 2000 (UK), with a SHA-256 document hash and full audit trail.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can switch billing intervals anytime from your billing page. Annual billing saves you two months versus paying monthly, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like.
Can I use Lexly without a subscription?
Yes — Lexly offers pay-as-you-go credits for one-off needs. A single AI contract draft is $6, a single AI risk review is $7, and a single e-signature is $6, with a starter bundle of one of each for $14. There's no subscription, nothing auto-renews, and credits stay valid for 12 months. If you regularly create or review contracts a monthly plan is more cost-effective. See the pay-as-you-go credits page for details.
How does Lexly compare to enterprise contract tools?
Enterprise contract lifecycle management platforms typically start around $60,000/year and legal-grade AI tools start near $95/month. Lexly combines AI contract creation, AI contract analysis, and legal e-signatures in one platform from $19/month — built for freelancers, founders, and small businesses.
